I'm Mandy, the face behind MMQ Photography and I am so glad that you took a moment to stop by and visit! 

I'm mom of four and was promoted to Gam Gam in 2023.  I've been known to dream a little, and I tend to call myself a wildly creative spirit. I have been involved in pageantry for  21 years, first as a pageant mom and now as a director, volunteer and event photographer.  I love getting to know the girls year after year, and get so excited to watch them grow and accomplish amazing things.  I am also a reality TV junkie and a doer of ALL things crafty, starting my own small business creating handmade, Maine inspired gifts.  I am proud to call Maine my home.

     

                                                                 I am a portrait and pageant event photographer serving Maine and beyond,                                                                     specializing in children's portraits, tween and teen portrait sessions, pageant                                                                     headshots, modeling portfolio sessions, senior sessions and pageant event                                                                       coverage.

                                                                  Sessions can either take place indoor at one of my favorite locations, or                                                                              we can use the majestic beauty of Maine or another location in New England

                                                                  as your backdrop!  (or a combination of both!). 

     

                                                                  I love to use clothing that has a very feminine and romantic style, and I've         been known to keep a collection some of my favorite dresses and  accessories on hand for client use as I build my client closet.

I don't typically use props in most of my portraits, because I want you to be the focus of the image, but if you have some items that have special meaning to you, and will help me to tell your story...bring them with you!
